My stay was a superb experience. The hotel is beautiful, elegant, and in an excellent location. I don't understand the negative reviews. The staff is amazing. The young man who checked me in was beyond polite and helpful. The shuttle drivers were wonderful and friendly - just what I needed after getting off of a plane. The room was gorgeous, quiet, and very comfortable, good water pressure with hot water. The bed was perfect for a good night's sleep. I received periodic emails during my stay welcoming me and conveying assistance if any was needed. The elevator system is unique and efficient - no long waits. I have no complaints whatsoever and highly recommend this hotel.

Bellman with luggage service awesome! Checking in process awesome! As my husband walks with a cane, and with great difficulty, we were immediately directed to sign in at the disabled counter. They offered a wheelchair for my husband, which was so helpful. He was wheeled to our room, our luggage came right after, and we were ever so grateful for that service. Dinner was wonderful, although wine a little pricey. Shuttle service very timely. Did not have to wait long at all. We always stay at the Hilton when visiting in LA. Love your hotel and staff.

Room very noise insulated..quiet, restful sleep. Front desk staff, young fellow, was TERRIFIC. The shuttle driver we FINALLY got was the sweetest, hardest working, courteous helpful person to EVERYONE as he navigated horribly chaotic and congested LAX.Wish I got his name, young Latino fellow..CLONE him..especially after initial attempt to get an airport shuttle. Housekeeping was terrific as well (tall black fellow)

I had some problems with my parking stub because I'd gone to the wrong floor of the structure but the front desk worker was kind enough to sort it all out for me. The shuttle service always saves my life going to and from the airport, and the drivers are always nice. The buffet breakfast has a lot of good options and the café staff are very polite.

Location was obviously handy for airport, good views from a high airport view room. Nice big room which was handy for all the bags and repacking. Fantastic little 24hr cafe (we arrived about 11.30pm) which made a great fresh pizza, and take wine or beer back to the room. Good selection of food and drinks
